At Naturys Egypt (operated by Infinity Medicals Instruments Co., Commercial Register No. 63132), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order is placed, and another notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • Delivery within Cairo and Giza typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery to other governorates in Egypt generally takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather, or peak seasons.

3. Delivery Addresses

  • We currently ship to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including building number, street name, apartment number, and an active phone number) to avoid any delivery delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking number(s) or a tracking link provided by our local courier partners, allowing you to monitor your package's status.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging before signing the courier's receipt.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of our medical, cosmetic, and supplement products, please ensure the package has not been tampered with.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged goods so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier and process a replacement according to our Return and Refund Policy.
